DRAGONFLIES

Delicate dragonflies catch the light as they move - ancient creatures of the natural world, suspended between stillness and flight. Layered printmaking evokes transformation, quiet beauty and the fleeting moments in nature that ask us to pause and look a little closer.

Congratulations Trudy! You are living proof you can live your art and your art lives in you. Your imagination and creativity are on peoples walls, every back that sits with your cushions, on people’s dining tables when they celebrate eating together, in their hands when they dry their favourite mug, and in their lives to brighten their days.

You create inspiration, joy and happiness for people, and that my friend is our whole
reason for being.

‘We first became a fan of Trudy’s work after seeing an exhibition in Queenscliff. We bought a beautiful artwork and after some time passed we wondered if Trudy would also do an original piece for us - an “interpretation” of a eucalyptus tree very special to our family. Showing the
power and resilience of the tree from the base looking up into the branches.
I inquired and from the moment Trudy answered we knew we had made the right choice. The care, empathy, commitment and artistry that Trudy displayed throughout the process was wonderful. We gave her a brief, she visited the tree, took our wishes on board and then added her own unique talent and style to the end product.

We plan to proudly display this artwork in our home for many years. Thanks Trudy”.

Just a gorgeous original artwork. It looked really good on the computer screen but so much better in reality. I'm really happy with this investment - makes my heart sing.
